Program Educational Objectives (PEOs) :

  1. Provide socially responsible,environment friendly solution to civil engineering related broad based problem adapting professional ethics.
  2. Adapt state of the art civil engineering broad based technology to work in multidisciplinary work environments.
  3. Solve broad based problem individually and as a team member communicating.

Program Outcomes (POs) :

PO1 Basic and Discipline specific knowledge: Apply knowledge of basic mathematics, science, engineering fundamentals and engineering specialization to solve the civil engineering problems.
PO2 Problem analysis: Identify and analyze civil engineering problems using suitable standard methods.
PO3 Design/ development of solutions: Design solutions for technical problems and assist with the design of civil systems components or processes to meet specified needs.
PO4 Engineering Tools, Experimentation and Testing: Apply modern engineering tools and appropriate technique to conduct standard tests and measurements related to civil engineering field.
PO5 Engineering practices for society, sustainability, and environment: Apply appropriate technology in context of society, sustainability, environment, and ethical practices.
PO6 Project Management: Use engineering management principles individually, as a team member or a leader to manage projects and communicate effectively about engineering activities.
PO7 Life-long learning: Analyze individual needs and engage in updating in the context of technological development.

Program Specific Outcome (PSO) :

PSO1 Modern Software Usage :Use latest civil engineering related software’s for simple design, drafting, manufacturing, maintenance and documentation of civil engineering components and processes.
PSO2 Equipment and Instruments: Maintain equipment and instruments related to civil Engineering.
PSO3 Civil Engineering Processes: Manage civil engineering processes by selecting and scheduling relevant equipment, substrates, quality control techniques, and operational parameter.
